Still trying to figure out what to get your ultra-marathon sister for Christmas? Or maybe you’re scrambling to find a few stocking stuffers for your boss who runs every 5K in town. Check out our list for options to gift to all the runners in your life.

1. Nourishment: Their favorite nutrition items – $1-$25

For runners who race half marathons or longer, re-fueling on the run is necessary during training and on race days. If you can, snoop around to figure out his current favorites or grab a few new items for him to try! From gels to electrolyte drinks, there is a lot to choose from!
