Frederick Marathon Training Coach

Crystal has a passion for road running and loves to find new and interesting routes. She began running for fitness in 2005 and began coaching in 2017. She is certified by the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy and holds an RRCA Level II Running Coach certificate. She has run over a dozen marathons and a few ultras, participated in trail and road relays and races of various distances and formats. Still, her favorite place to run is on the country roads of Frederick County where her roots run deep. Crystal has three children at home and is active in their activities and the running community. She is a devoted volunteer for the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club serving on the executive board since 2019. Follow your coach on Instagram! @tressler.crystal
