TRAIN ON YOUR OWN TIME WITH EXPERT COACHING.

Virtual training is a great option for those can’t make it to group training, are training for races outside of our time frames and/or have more specialized goals. This training option gives you the opportunity to receive expert online coaching while you train for your next endurance race. You’ll be able to complete your training runs on your own time, while following a weekly plan provided by your coach.

  • 6 week personalized training plan (5K) or 8 week personalized training plan (10K)

  • Weekly training plans emailed to you

  • Access to an expert coach via email to answer your questions

  • Running education & motivation incorporated into the program

Although plans can be adapted to your goal race – typically, 5K plans are 6 weeks and 10K plans are 8 weeks in length. We recommend you register at least 7 weeks before your goal 5K race or 9 weeks before your goal 10K race.

Requirements

No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!
