I have been married for almost 28 yrs. A mom to my son Rebuma and daughter Chaltu. My husband, Duane and I are new empty nesters and learning how to live as a couple again!! We find ourselves at the local breweries, spending a lot time running or at the gym or binge watching intense shows. I love encouraging others and talking people into running races with me. Strength training is my 2nd love to running and could spend hours doing kettlebell activities! I coach the half- marathon group and find joy in their achievements.
Virtual Training
We also offer virtual training options for half marathon training. You can either purchase a training plan or sign up for monthly virtual training with access to an expert coach.

Whether your goal is to work up to a 10K distance or hold yourself accountable to your running routine, this group is a great way to enjoy your local trails and learn more more about trail running. Our training program will prepare to run your best – whether you’re new to trail running or a seasoned training group runner.
Our trail 10K group will meet twice a week for twelve weeks – once a week for speed workouts and once a week for long runs on local trails, unless weather forces us to stay on the roads. Your expert coach will also provide you with a weekly training plan. Along the way you’ll learn about everything you need to know regarding trail running including how to fuel and hydrate, pacing and picking out trail running shoes. No prior trail running experience is required to join this group.
We are training for the Blue Crab Bolt Trail Running Series this summer. Runners are welcome to target any of the races in this series, or just come out and get comfortable on the trails.
Requirements
No prior trail running experience is required to join this group.
