I have been married for almost 31 yrs. A mom to my son Rebuma and daughter Chaltu. My husband, Duane, and I are new empty nesters and learning how to live as a couple again!! We find ourselves at the local breweries, spending a lot of time running or at the gym or binge-watching intense shows. I love encouraging others and talking people into running races with me. Strength training is my 2nd love compared to running and could spend hours doing kettlebell activities!
