I am excited to be part of the CCR family. 

I have been an avid runner in the Annapolis community since 2009 when I bought my first pair of running shoe from the Charm city Annapolis store.  

You can usually spot me running thru Annapolis as well as down the B&A trail. I enjoy getting out on the Patapsco and Bacon ridge trail systems for ultra training. Ultra running and challenging myself on trails has become a real joy for me. 

From road running with my wife to 100 mile races in the mountains where my son would be at the finish waiting for me. Running ,health and fitness have been a positive for my family.
