Join Charm City Run Columbia in partnership with New Balance for a FREE special event to help all of us Be Aware Everywhere when we walk and run. Learn self defense for runners/walkers from Matt Killian, Sergeant in Marine Corps and 6th Degree Master Instructor. Learn top tips on how to stay safe when running or walking in different scenarios. We'll end with a group fun run led by New Balance, who will have demo shoes to try. Location: Centennial Park - South Area, 10000 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042.
