How to Use the Charm City Run App

Friday, January 26, 2018

In case you haven’t heard the news, we now have our very own Charm City Run app! We are so excited to use this new platform to better connect with you. Below is a rundown of the main app features. Stay tuned as we continue to improve the app and add more capabilities.

Store Locations

Click this section to see how far away you are from each CCR shop – making it easy to stop by your closest one. Once you select a store you’ll be able to quickly find store hours and directly call or email us with any questions. You can also click for directions and connect to Google Maps to find your way with ease.

Store Events

Here you’ll find a comprehensive list of events at all of our stores. Click around to find events that interest you. Once you’ve selected an event, you can tap the + sign to add the event to your Google calendar so you don’t forget to attend! RSVP by clicking the “I’m Going” button at the bottom of the event and linking the app to your Facebook, Twitter or email. You’ll be able to view others attending the event as well.

Upcoming Races

Plan your race schedule by visiting the Upcoming Races section of the app. Just like the store events, you can easily add races to your Google Calendar. Click on the individual races to quickly access the information you need for race day such as packet pick-up dates, start times and post-party details.

Race Results

Once you’ve run your race, you’ll want to find out how you did! With the app, results are now only a click away so you can brag about your new PR or look back at how you did last year.

Shop Online

Go here to grab to order a last minute gift certificate or your favorite pair of running shoes. You’ll have direct access to our online store from the app, making shopping for your running friends or yourself way easier.

Alerts

We’ll soon use this feature to give you the inside scoop on all things CCR – sales, race and event updates and more! You’ll be the first to know about our latest news, but we promise only to alert you when it’s useful information.

Coupon Offer

In case you aren’t already convinced to get the new app, you’ll also receive $5 off as a thank you for adding us to your phone! Once you download the app and allow push notifications, you’ll earn a coupon for $5 off your next apparel and accessories purchase at any Charm City Run shop.

Thanks for your support of our new endeavor!
