winter 10k groups - start november 17th!
Our 8-week 10K training program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Meet with your coach twice a week for group runs and speed work and follow the race-prep calendar to ensure you confidentally cross the finish line at your target race. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.
Group programs are offered at all Charm City Run locations. You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.
No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!
Winter 10K Training

Our next 10K group starts November 17th and runs until January 5th. All groups will be invited to participate in a fun 10K at the end of the training program. Not doing a race? Join the group to keep running and stay motivated while it’s cold outside!

Want to learn more about our upcoming 10K Training Program? Sign up for an informational session at your closest Charm City Run location. The info session will take place immediately before the first day of training. Registered or not, you are welcome to attend the first day and get a feel for the group, meet your coach and ask any questions!
