I am an enthusiastic endurance athlete. I have trained and raced triathlon for 15 years in distances from sprint to Ironman. Having made 2 appearances in the coveted Ironman Kona World Championship I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise to help others discover the sport of triathlon.

Endurance sports have transformed my life. Although I’m new to this world, I’ve fully committed over the past few years, completing two marathons, two half Ironman triathlons, and several other races. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and continue growing. Never stop learning!

Are you curious about the sport of triathlon and not sure how to begin? Our Triathlon training group will guide you through a 10 week training schedule ending with the Baltimore Sprint Triathlon Oct. 5th.
Our training group will meet twice a week for group runs and information sessions covering all basic aspects of the sport. These will include, training and racing safety, triathlon transitions, appropriate gear, open water swimming skills and much more.
Our Sprint Triathlon group begins July 22nd and ends Oct 5th. We will meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8am as a group to run and discuss each week’s training and some of the unique challenges that come with the sport of triathlon. All participants will be given a 10 week training program to follow created by our experienced coaches.
