I have been married for almost 28 yrs. A mom to my son Rebuma and daughter Chaltu. My husband, Duane and I are new empty nesters and learning how to live as a couple again!! We find ourselves at the local breweries, spending a lot time running or at the gym or binge watching intense shows. I love encouraging others and talking people into running races with me. Strength training is my 2nd love to running and could spend hours doing kettlebell activities! I love coaching the trail groups and find joy in my trainees' achievements.


Virtual Training

We also offer virtual training options for half marathon training. You can either purchase a training plan or sign up for monthly virtual training with access to an expert coach.

Coach Kristen Watkins will help you navigate the trails of Frederick in this 8 week session by building your endurance during the week with hill and trail loop experience on the weekend. As an experience trail runner and coach, Coach Kristen will help you get where you want to be for your next trail race.

Requirements

No prior trail running experience is required to join this group.
