Description

Are you training for the Susquehanna River Run festival or the Baltimore Run Festival 5k or 10K? Our late summer prep groups will help you target these races, or any other fall race you may have planned. Our program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.

You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners or walkers and coach, once for a speed or hill workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way, including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition, and injury prevention.

 

Requirements

No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!
