Description

Do you have a goal of running 26.2 this fall? Our marathon training program will prepare you to race your best – whether it’s your first or 50th marathon. Along the way you’ll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more.

Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from an expert coach and learn about long runs, tempo runs, track workouts, easy runs, recovery runs, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Get ready to train for your target marathon!

Fall Training will start mid-June 2025 through October 19th, 2025 and target a marathon within that time frame. If you are running a later marathon, please indicate so on your registration and your coach will work with you on developing a plan. Start and end dates vary by location with some locations.

Requirements

To safely meet your goal we do ask that you have a base level of running under your belt before joining this group. What does that mean? We ask that you are able to run/walk 8 miles at one time at the start of the program and are currently running at least 15 miles per week. This does not mean you need to be able to run the entire way but just that you are comfortable covering that distance. Are you not sure if you meet these requirements? Don’t worry ask the coach for your location! You will be surprised that most people meet these requirements and are able to join the group.

What To Expect

  • SUPPORTED GROUP RUNS AND WORKOUTS TWICE A WEEK WITH PLANNED ROUTES, HYDRATION AND COMPANIONSHIP
  • POSITIVE AND WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE FOR RUNNERS AND WALKERS OF ALL LEVELS
  • WEEKLY TRAINING PLANS
  • ACCESS TO EXPERT COACHING SERVICES AND ADVICE
