Aiming to complete a 10K this year? Our Bel Air coaching squad is ready to train you safely past the finish line. At Charm City Run we have no shortage of fun and supportive 10K training groups to help you achieve your goals.
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach — once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Weekly emails will outline your training plans for the days you don’t meet and allow you to follow along on your own.
No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome!
2026 Bel Air 10K Programs:
- Sole of the City 10K Training: Starts 3/7/26 and ends with the Sole of the City 10K on 4/25/26
- Sole of the City + St. Michaels 10K Training Block: Starts 3/7/26 and ends with the St. Michaels 10K 5/16/26
- St. Michaels Add-in Weeks: Starts 4/28/26 and ends with the St. Michaels 10K 5/16/26
- Bel Air Fall 2026 10K Training: Starts 7/25/26 and ends 10/17/26; targets the Susquehanna 10K and the Baltimore Run Festival 10K
Requirements
No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!
