TRAIN WITH A SUPPORTIVE GROUP TO RACE TO REACH YOUR FALL GOALS!
Our Bay Bridge Run training program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach – once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.
