Natalie Ferguson

Director of Training

Natalie Ferguson, a Baltimore native, has joined the Charm City Run team after more than two decades in the sports marketing and wellness industries. She developed her life’s passion while managing athlete relationships during her time in San Francisco, where she served as Sports Marketing Manager for PowerBar. After relocating back to the East Coast, Natalie remained with PowerBar in a freelance capacity while exploring opportunities with technology and CPG start-ups. Her deep involvement in these companies, often shaping programming and policy at the founding level, equips her with a fresh perspective and innovative approach which she brings to her role managing CCR’s training programs.

A University of Virginia alumni athlete, Natalie excelled in both lacrosse and field hockey, winning two Division I NCAA National Championships in lacrosse during her time in Charlottesville. These experiences continue to shape her commitment to team dynamics and personal fitness. She’s thrilled to be back home continuing the work she loves most. In her free time, Natalie enjoys cheering on her two high school daughters, both of whom run high school cross country, and hitting the trail with her dogs. Natalie has raced nearly every distance from 5Ks to marathons, and credits the NCR Trail in Northern Baltimore County as her favorite place to run and reconnect with the area’s natural beauty.

Natalie is dedicated to helping runners of all levels achieve their goals, blending her background in performance, technology, and community-building to empower every member of the CCR community.
