Eli Kucherawy

Operations Manager

Eli grew up in West Virginia and attended Waynesburg University in PA where he played baseball. He then transferred and graduated from West Virginia University where he majored in business management. After graduation Eli moved to Baltimore and worked in financial sales for 4 years. He found a passion for running in 2020 and used it as a new way to still be a competitive athlete. He joined Charm City Run in May 2024. “I wasn’t particularly happy in the corporate world, and I always wanted to work for a company that aligned with my passions”.  When he’s not running around on race day or leading our races on a bike, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and black lab Bella.
