Spring is in full swing at Charm City Run Timonium! Join us in preparing for the warmer running months by learning about nutrition & hydration fueling, proper apparel, shoe fittings, and accessories. There will be raffles, prizes, giveaways, light refreshments, and more!

We encourage participants to bring in gently used or new clothing, shoes, and accessories for donation to Journe To.

Schedule for the day:

7:00 - 7:15 AM: Check-in at 1313 York Rd

7:15 AM: Group warm up

7:30 AM: 5K Run / Group Walk

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Spring Block Party and shopping!
