What better way to kick off the day than with a group run on the waterfront! Join us every Thursday morning for a 3-5 mile run/walk to get your day started. We will depart from the Fells Point store at 6 AM and turn around points will be given for different distances. All paces of runners and walkers are welcome! We will now offer a separate walking group that leaves from the store for those interested in starting their day with a walk rather than a run!

This Thursday, we will have coffee, bagels, and a COSTUME CONTEST to celebrate Halloween! Lets see who can get in the festive spirit the best by running in the best Halloween costume!
