Laura Allen has been a part of the Charm City Run Race Team the past couple years, and she is off to work on two of the seven-continent marathons. Join us for a celebratory sendoff breakfast and Q&A event for her at Charm City Run Annapolis! 

Laura Allen is an Annapolis-based masters-level runner with a passion for marathons. Ms. Allen has completed: all seven Abbott World Marathon Majors, two in her forties (Chicago - 2003 and Boston - 2005 and 2006) and five in her sixties (New York - 2022, London - 2023, Berlin - 2023, Tokyo - 2025, and Sydney - 2025).

She is currently focused on running a marathon on all seven continents. To accomplish this goal, she will run the Antarctica Marathon on March 19th and the Patagonia Marathon on April 25th. She will also run the Cape Town Marathon in May, which is expected to become the 8th Abbott World Marathon Major. When she’s not running, Ms. Allen enjoys knitting, traveling with her husband, and drinking excellent coffee with friends.
