Join us for a foam rolling clinic taught by a Medstar Health physical therapist. Bring your foam roller and mat, but don’t worry we have both for sale at the store if needed. Learn different foam rolling techniques to help with sore muscles and recovery. Whether you are new to foam rolling, want to make sure you are rolling correctly, or are looking for new stretches, this is the class for you! All are welcome but please register as space is limited.
