Meet at Charm City Run at 7:45 am for a 30 minute fun run and walk. We will warm up as a group before heading out. Bring your own bottle to refill with water or an electrolyte beverage!
After the run head over to Patagonia for a free yoga class!
Both locations will have in store specials, raffles, and snacks! Be sure to bring your own bag!!
