On Tuesday, February 27th, we will have Empower U PT kick off a three part series to get you race ready leading up to the Coastal Delaware Running Festival Join us at 5:30pm in the store for our first session, and then we will head out for a run at 6pm. We will have the team from Empower U Physical Therapy guide us on how to strengthen and protect our bodies to prevent injuries, recover faster, and have our best race day yet!
