Expo Event Ambassador

Reports To:

The Expo Event Ambassador will report to the Director of CCR Mobile Deanthony White.

Your Job:

Charm City Run is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Expo Event Ambassadors to represent our brand at events and expos. As an ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while showcasing our apparel, running accessories, and footwear. This position requires strong customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Type: Seasonal/ Part Time

Pay: $15-$20 an hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to event attendees.
• Set up and break down event displays, including lifting and moving items weighing over 50 lbs.
• Assist customers in selecting running shoes, apparel, and accessories, ensuring a great fit and style match.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth or display area.
• Adapt quickly to the dynamic nature of events, including high-traffic situations.
• Work collaboratively with the Charm City Run team to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of running shoes, apparel, and accessories preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50 lbs or more) and stand for extended periods.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with a high level of energy and focus.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours during events.
