Warehouse Inventory Driver

The Charm City Run Buying Team and Warehouse Manager

Job Overview:

This Warehouse Inventory Driver is responsible for delivering weekly inventory from the Charm City Run Warehouse to Charm City Run Store Locations.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with the Charm City Run Buying Team and Warehouse Manager to facilitate pick-up and delivery of inventory.
  • Arrive at stores on time and ready to offload products.
  • Approach each day with a terrific attitude and huge effort. 
  • Assist stores with the offloading of products and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a team.
  • Great communication skills 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work Tuesday and Thursday daytime hours. Transfer Driving days.
  • A passion for the running and walking community. 
  • Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our events or other departments’ operations and/or morale.
  • A mindset of getting the job done and working outside of the job description when necessary. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
  • Uphold moral and ethical standards set by Charm City Run within the workplace and community at large.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of $16-18 commensurate with experience.
  •  Sick Leave: Sick leave is accrued at a rate of 1 hour of sick leave earned for every 30 hours worked.  The maximum accrual for a year is 40 hours.  This benefit can be used for time off for the employee’s illness, for preventative care for the employee or a family member, or to care for a family member’s illness. Unused sick leave is not paid out when an employee leaves.
