Take a break from running and treat yourself to a yoga class in the Annapolis or Columbia store. Yoga is a great way to cross-train and fine tune the muscles you don't use as often to compliment your running. It can also increase your flexibility, build your strength and help you relax. Join us for a one hour class geared towards runners of all levels. Your body will thank you!
Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel.

No one was more surprised than me when I fell in love with Yoga. I was looking for an avenue to curb the descent of my health. I had started running and immediately injured myself. I found healing for my body and whole being. Through a consistent practice I am healthier, happier, and stronger. Yoga has given me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and think and feel the world around me differently. The transformation in my life energized me to share this gift with others. My goal is to help students experience the challenge of the physical practice in the body while exploring your strength, joy, and power. Most of all people should have fun when on their mat and not take it too seriously. I completed my 200 hour training with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga in 2015. When not on the mat I love to spend time with my wife and young daughter, go running (injury free!) or biking, tending to my garden, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
