I am so excited to be part of the Charm City Run Training Team and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for running with my training groups.

I started running in 2006 and haven't stopped! I have competed in numerous 5ks, 10ks, 10 milers and 10 half marathons which include Richmond and the Nike Women's Half in San Francisco and DC. I have achieved PR's in all distances and awards and continue to do so. I give credit to my coaches who influenced, trained, mentored and really pushed me to achieve my running goals.

I began coaching in 2007 with the Howard County Striders and I am a RRCA certified coach. I have coached runners of all levels and ages for all distances. The best part of coaching is to see your group achieve their running goals and truly enjoy running. I am so proud of each person when they cross the finish line during their race and realize that they did it!

I am ready to motivate and assist everyone in meeting their running and fitness goals. Time to run!

We also offer virtual training options for half marathon training. You can either purchase a training plan or sign up for monthly virtual training with access to an expert coach.

Do you have a goal of running a half marathon? This program is open to everyone from the runner attempting their first endurance event to the repeat competitive runner. Training can be individualized to your experience and goals. The program will prepare to race your best – whether you’re new to long distance running or a seasoned half marathoner.

Our half marathon training meets two times as week- once a week for speed/ hill/ interval workouts and once a week for long runs. Your expert coach will also provide you with a weekly training plan that will guide your preparation for your target half marathon. Along the way you’ll learn about about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more.

Most locations offer half marathon training two times a year with an option for a 12 week block or an 18 week block of training. Our Summer/ Fall training block trains athletes for the Charles Street 12 Miler and the Susquehanna Running Festival Half Marathon. Every coach can adapt your training for other half marathons within the same timeframe.
