Description
If you find it hard to get motivated to get out on the trails in the heat of summer, this program is for you! Open to all runners who are comfortable with a 2.5+ distance.
We’ll meet twice a week and do a combination of runs (5 to 8 miles) and speed/endurance. We’ll also talk about how to keep safe and motivated when the temps soar. This program is designed to keep you motivated and engaged through the summer months and ready to tackle those fall 5K and 10K training programs and races.
Groups starts on Sunday, August 4th @ 7:00am and continues through September 15th.
Requirements
No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!
