Ashley Burrows

Coach: Ashley Burrows

Ashley is an RRCA Level 1 certified running coach, wellness enthusiast, and mom of three. She started running consistently in 2023 to train for the St. Michaels Half Marathon, and what began as a personal challenge quickly turned into a passion. Since then, she’s completed races ranging from 5Ks to full marathons, and along the way, she’s discovered a running community that feels like home.

Ashley loves that running brings people of all ages and backgrounds together. She’s passionate about helping others find the same joy, confidence, and connection she’s discovered through the sport. Her coaching focuses on consistency, balance, and mindset—helping runners build not only physical strength but also a lifelong love of running.

When she’s not coaching or out on a run, you’ll find her cheering on her kids at their games, spending time on the water, or working in national security.

Description

New to running — or ready for a fresh start? This 8-week program is designed for people of all ages who want to build a sustainable, joyful running habit. Whether you’re starting from scratch, coming back after time off or injury, or just looking for a less intimidating way to move, this group is for you.

With a focus on consistency over mileage and well-being over race times, we’ll help you find your rhythm with 2 weekly runs (walk/run is welcome!). We’ll celebrate the wins that really matter: better sleep, more energy, and a clearer mind.

Come run for life — not just for race day.

No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome. We’ll meet you wherever you are and get you to your goals as we learn and enjoy moving together.

Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Your coach will have gift cards the first week of training.
