Lori embarked on her running journey after graduating from college in Massachusetts, where she was a Division II field hockey goalie. Fueled by her competitive spirit and love for fitness, she transitioned from the hockey field to the roads, and running, quickly became her true passion. Over the years, Lori has run numerous races, but it’s the marathon distance that captivates her.
Lori has run several marathons to fundraise for incredible charities, using her love for running to support causes close to her heart. Passionate about helping others reach their goals, Lori became a RRCA Level 1 Running Coach. Through coaching, she looks to empower individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned runners, to push their limits and cross finish lines!

When Lori isn’t pounding the pavement, she’s hanging out at home in Canton with her husband and two kids who share her enthusiasm for fitness and an active lifestyle.

Do you have a goal of running 26.2 this fall and want to build a solid foundation before diving into a full marathon training program? Our marathon distance prep training program will prepare you to race your best – whether it’s your first or 50th marathon. Our new Spring Marathon Prep 12 week program is available in Annapolis, Columbia and Fells Point.

Each group will meet twice a week and will receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from your expert coach that will help you gradually and safely increase your mileage, learn essential hydration and nutrition strategies, and incorporate speed work to enhance your performance.  This program is designed to build endurance and strength in preparation for our fall marathon training which begins June 14th, 2025. Get ready to train for your target marathon!
