TRAIN WITH A SUPPORTIVE GROUP TO RACE TO REACH YOUR SPRING GOALS!
Our 8-week training program is designed for intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed, strength and endurance. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.
With this NEW group program offered at Charm City Run Timonium, you will meet twice a week for supported group workouts with your fellow runners and coach – to include, speed, strength, mobility and running.
Requirements
To safely meet your goal we do ask that you are an experience runner that has completed a minimum of one half marathon within the last year. If you are unsure if you meet this criteria please contact Dawn Litrenta at dawn@charmcityrun.com
