TRAIN WITH A SUPPORTIVE GROUP TO RACE TO REACH YOUR SPRING GOALS!
Are you planning to run a half marathon this next spring? Or another half marathon around the same time? This half marathon prep program is open the experienced runner attempting to get faster and stronger.
With this NEW group program offered at Charm City Run Timonium, you will meet twice a week for supported group workouts with your fellow runners and coach – to include, speed, strength, mobility and your training plan to prepare you for your spring half marathon.
Requirements
To safely meet your goal we do ask that you are an experience runner that has completed a minimum of one half marathon within the last year. If you are unsure if you meet this criteria please contact Dawn Litrenta at dawn@charmcityrun.com
