Sarah Schlichter is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Public Health. As a former college athlete and an avid runner, Sarah has firsthand knowledge and experience about how nutrition plays a role in performance and overall well being. Sarah has run countless marathons and half marathons, and has worked with hundreds of runners to help them nail down their nutrition plans for training and general vitality.

Healthy doesn’t have to be restrictive or all-or-nothing. Learn how to be flexible, while still working towards health, wellness and your nutrition goals.

Charm City Run has teamed up with Sarah Schlichter, a sports dietitian with a Master’s in Public Health, to create a special nutrition program geared specifically to helping you become your best self in 2024. If you are a runner, walker or just looking to make some healthy changes this program is for you.

  • It All Starts at the Grocery Store + Meal Planning Tips
  • Basics of Nutrition: Make it Work for You
  • To Fast or Not to Fast + Reviewing other Fad Diets
  • Eating for Exercise, Health and Longevity
  • Create healthy habits for running and general lifestyle that will last beyond 2024!

What To Expect

  • 1 Weekly Zoom Session with Sarah for 4 Weeks
    •  Monday nights at 7pm and if you’re unable to attend, a recording of the session will be “live” for that full week.
    • Topics to include (but not limited to): creating grocery lists, meal planning, purchasing pantry staples, snacking advice, understanding portion sizes, and so much more!
  • Emails 2 x per week with specific nutrition information and resources for 4 weeks
    • Emails will provide step-by-step guide on how to live a healthy lifestyle and fuel your body right without ever having to diet or try another fad again.
    • Resources to include: easy recipes, suggesting healthy behaviors you can easily incorporate into your everyday life, guidance on the relationship between exercise and food, and a variety of other helpful resources to guide you through this 4 week journey.
  • Email access to Sarah throughout the 4 week program
