Lisa Warner
My name is Lisa Warner, and I’m thrilled to join the amazing team of coaches at Charm City Run and share my love of running with the local community in a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment.
Running has always been how I connect with people, build community, and feel most alive. I’m currently leaning fully into my passion for running, travel, and big challenges as I train for the Great World Race 2026—7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days—an experience that brings together everything I love about endurance sport and exploration.
I am an RRCA-certified running coach, yoga instructor, health coach, and former school counselor/master’s-level therapist with experience supporting athletes in both performance and personal development. I specialize in coaching runners of all levels; from beginners to Boston Marathon qualifiers, with a focus on women in perimenopause and menopause, using a balanced approach that integrates training, strength, recovery, and mindset.
My personal running experience includes races of all distances, including 20+ marathons, 6 of the 7 World Marathon Majors (London… I’m coming for you!), multiple Ironman and half Ironman races, ultramarathons, swimrun events, and, more recently, Hyrox competitions. My coaching is shaped by years of living and working internationally, as well as a deep belief that running can be one of the most powerful tools for connection, resilience, and joy. I’m excited to be back in the Baltimore area and proud to support this running community.
At the heart of my coaching is a simple goal: to help every runner find confidence, community, and a genuine love for the sport that lasts a lifetime. Follow me on Instagram @warnerwellness_ig.
