Linda McShane

Timonium Strength Training & High School XC Cooach

Linda is a former Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and
High School Cross Country and Track Coach. After working for 10 years as a
high school social studies teacher and over 15 years as a fitness professional,
she has found a new home at Charm City Run. Linda loves to share her
passion for running and fitness with people of all ages and fitness levels.
Linda has raced every distance from 5K to marathon, as well as several sprint
and Olympic-distance triathlons; her sweet spot is the half marathon. She
emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition, rest, strength and mobility to
every runner because she wants all of us to be happy, healthy, long-time
participants in the running community!
