ProMD Physician Assistant and Long Distance Runner Meg Landymore will be on-site talking about recovery and B12. She will also be offering B12 shots (the first 10 are free) and discounts on ProMD programs.
Rehab 2 Perform Physical Therapists will be available to help answer your recovery related questions.
OOFOS has taken over a portion of our Charm City Run Annapolis store with a full line of OOFOS recovery footwear. Discover what works best for you!
We'll also be offering food and drink to celebrate your race achievements! And if you show us your race bib or medal, you'll be entered to win a Recovery Package! This is an event not to be missed!!
