Description
Join us on the turf at Under Armour Performance Center on Hull Street at 6:00pm. After a 1 mile warm up run, we will workout on the turf with several physical therapists and personal trainers from FX Physical Therapy. There will be four raffle drawings immediately after the workout that all participants will be entered into. You could win a FREE gait analysis with the FX PT team or a FREE 60 minute personal training session or stretch session with the FX Training Team.
