Description
Looking to add more cross training into your routine? Join us at FX Physical Therapy in Hunt Valley for a bootcamp class! Participants will be led through a warm up by three of our FX PTs (Corinne Vikell PT, DPT/Christy Sheffield PT, DPT/Brooke Lancelloti PT, DPT). Afterward, there will be a circuit-style workout geared towards runners. We will finish up the event with a friendly competition to win an FXPT shirt! Other giveaways as well!
