Are you competing or interested in Hyrox? Charm City Run, F45 Timonium, and Puma are bringing you a morning of learning everything you need to know for the event! Meet at Charm City Run Timonium at 10AM to demo the newest Puma shoes and discuss all things Hyrox with the experts. We'll then run to F45 to do a Hyrox-style workout before running back to the store! If you've ever been interested in Hyrox, this is a great opportunity to get all of your questions answered!
