
Bel Air Store Lead
Reports To:
The Bel Air Business Lead will report to the Charm City Run General Manager and will be a member of the Charm City Run Leadership Team.
Job Overview:
The Bel Air Business Lead is responsible for managing and leading Charm City Run Bel Air. This leader will manage the staff, inventory levels, and further cultivate Charm City Run’s relationships in the fitness and non-profit community. The Charm City Run Bel Air leader will manage and lead according to the mission to inspire and move the Human Spirit one SOLE at a time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Customer service second to none. Equal respect for every customer.
- Manage the current staff and hire staff for the Bel Air location.
- Manage employee schedules and payroll.
- Work with Footwear, Apparel, and Accessory buyers to determine product selection and optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze top-line financials and staff performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish financial plans and budget goals.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships in the community.
- Create meaningful events that not only drive revenue but elevate the brand’s mission.
- Work with other leads to execute events and projects to push Charm City Run forward.
- Share ideas and learnings with the leadership team of Charm City Run.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in decision-making and the ability to execute on plan and strategy.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends. Retail hours.
- A passion for the running and walking community.
- Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our events or other departments’ operations and/or morale.
- A mindset of getting the job done and working outside of the job description when necessary.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
- Uphold moral and ethical standards set by Charm City Run within the workplace and community at large.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary- $60,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience and store performance)
