Job Overview:
The Rehoboth Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Rehoboth Store Leader and the overall business in Rehoboth. This Manager is responsible for maintaining daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- In coordination with the store lead, supervise daily tasks for part time staff, i.e. – daily check list, checking in packages, back stock, staff management, daily cleaning tasks
- Educate staff on current and upcoming products.
- Store Supervision
- Assisting with Inventory Management.
- Merchandise Product
- General Store Maintenance
- Assisting the Store Lead with the following duties
- Store event planning and execution
- Hiring/Training Staff
- Staff Scheduling
- Community marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Experience working with a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends. Retail hours.
- A passion for the running and walking community.
- Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our events or other departments’ operations and/or morale.
- A mindset of getting the job done and working outside of the job description when necessary.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
- Uphold moral and ethical standards set by Charm City Run within the workplace and community at large.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $20-$25 commensurate with experience.
- Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
- Health Insurance: Charm City Run will pay 75% of the monthly cost of health insurance for the individual, plus up to $5,000 for deductible expenses. No dental or vision insurance. You have the option of adding family members to your policy but are responsible for 100% of that additional cost. All full-time employees are eligible for health insurance and coverage will start on the first day of the first full month after hire.
- 401(k): Charm City Run will make a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation, plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5% of your compensation. This safe harbor matching contribution is 100% vested. Employees are eligible to participate in 401(k) plan after six months of full time employment.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): New hires are entitled to 10 PTO days per calendar year (pro-rated for date of hire). Each year thereafter you will get one additional day of PTO per year. New hires are eligible to start using PTO after a three month probationary period. Unused PTO can be carried over to the next calendar year up to a maximum of the total of current year PTO plus prior year PTO. In addition, employees are permitted to take unpaid time off at manager’s discretion based on scheduling needs. There are no additional paid holidays.
- Sick Leave: Sick leave is accrued at a rate of 1 hour of sick leave earned for every 30 hours worked. The maximum accrual for a year is 40 hours. This benefit can be used for time off for the employee’s illness, for preventative care for employee or a family member, or to care for a family member’s illness.
- *Unused PTO/sick leave is not paid out when an employee leaves.
- Employees receive a 25% discount on Full Price products, and 50% off Races & Training.
