Winter Trail 10K Training
Group starts December 14th
Are you planning to run a trail race? Are you looking to tackle a new running challenge? Our training program will prepare to race your best - whether you're new to trail running or a seasoned training group runner. Our trail 10K group will meet twice a week from December to February - once a week for speed workouts and once a week for long runs on local trails, unless weather forces us to stay on the roads. Your expert coach will also provide you with a weekly training plan that will guide your preparation for your target fall trail race. Along the way you'll learn about everything you need to know regarding trail running including how to fuel and hydrate, pacing and picking out trail running shoes. No prior trail running experience is required to join this group.
Winter Trail 10K Training
Our winter trail 10K group starts December 14th and targets the Little Patuxent River 10K on Sunday, February 2nd or any other middle distance trail race in the same time frame! This group will run out of our Annapolis store but Saturday practices will take place at Bacon Ridge Trail.

Intro to Trail Running
Test out the trails leading up to the start of the Winter 10K Training Group! Coach Victoria will lead Intro to Trail Running Sessions at Bacon Ridge on Sunday, November 3rd and Sunday, December 1st. Sign up ahead of time by clicking the buttons below so we know to expect you. You’ll also have the opportunity to demo trail shoes so you can find what works for you.
