Looking for a one-stop comprehensive wellness program? Whether you're looking to lose weight, optimize performance, improve your energy or lower inflammation, this program is for you.  During this 4 week program, you will meet weekly at Charm City Run Annapolis with Licensed Nutritionist and Physical Therapist, Liz Stauffer.  While nutrition will be an ongoing theme throughout the program, we will discuss all four pillars of health: diet, stress, sleep and activity.  Each week will include discussion, group activities and easy to follow handouts to take home with you.  

Making lifestyle changes is much easier when you have a group to support you! Join us for this 4 week program that can truly change your life!

You do not need to be a walker or a runner to join this program!

This program will start May 4th, end May 25th and meet Thursday nights in Annapolis from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

Meet Your health coach

Dr. Elizabeth strauffer, Licensed Nutritionist and Physical Therapist

Dr. Stauffer was born and raised in Annapolis, MD. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University, where she also played Division I lacrosse. She then earned her Master of Health Science program in Human Nutrition from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and, finally, her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2010. She is now a Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Licensed Nutritionist, and a Physical Therapist.

Dr. Stauffer is a devoted runner and a yogi and currently lives in Arnold with her husband and two children, her inspiration for the integrative wellness approach she now brings to her practice. Duncan and Maggie are 5 year old twins who came into this world far too early. Now, they are surpassing all expectations, thanks to their physical therapy and whole food, nutrient dense diets.
