Timonium Ultra Marathon & Trail Half Marathon Training Coach

Troy has been the Ultra Marathon and Trail Half Marathon Training Group Coach at Charm City Run in Timonium since 2014.  He started as a member of a Charm City Run Timonium Half Marathon training group in 2009.  Since then, he has completed numerous ultra marathons, marathons, half marathon, triathlons, a Half Ironman®, and the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim.

As a coach, he has shared his love of trail running with hundreds of runners, and helped them achieve their goals.  Come join him and his fun training group for some weekly trail runs through the beautiful parks of Maryland, while you prepare for your next challenge.
