FIRST RUNS & INFORMATION SESSIONS: FEBRUARY 2ND-5TH. JOIN US!

Shamrock 5K Training is the 1st session of our 5K Training program with Brooks - The Run Happy Revolution! The Run Happy Revolution program was created for those who are new to the sport, or looking to improve their speed. In just 7-8 weeks, you'll be ready to take on your 3.1 mile race! Walkers welcome!

This session will start February 4 and end March 12. Target race is the Under Armour KELLY St. Patrick's Day Shamrock 5K.  

Run Happy Revolution will run year-round at all Charm City Run stores and will be divided by sessions.
