Across the Bay 10K Training
Starts the week of September 10th at all locations!
This 8-week program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Meet with your expert coach twice a week for group runs and speed work and follow the weekly training plans to ensure you confidentally cross the finish line at one of our favorite races in Baltimore - the Across the Bay 10K in November!

Dates & Times
We will be offering a virtual training option for the Across the Bay 10K training program. This program is perfect for those who live out of state or aren't able to make the training sessions from the stores. This group will follow the same training plan as the other groups using the online platform and app Final Surge. To learn more about virtual training, please click below. Want to learn more about our Across the Bay 10K training? Sign up for an informational session at your closest Charm City Run location. The info session will take place immediately before the first day of training. Registered or not, you are welcome to attend the first day and get a feel for the group, meet your coach and ask any questions!
