Sole of the City 10K Training
Starts February 24th & 25th at all locations!
This 8-week program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Meet with your expert coach twice a week for group runs and speed work and follow the weekly training plans to ensure you confidentally cross the finish line at one of our favorite races in Baltimore - the Sole of the City 10K in April!
Our 10K group is a great option if you are itching try a distance longer than a 5K. As a member of our fastest growing training program, you'll quickly find other runners to train and connect with in your group. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome!
This session will start February 24th at all stores and end April 14th.
Target Race: Under Armour Sole of the City 10K presented by KELLY on Saturday, April 14th.

Info Session & First Run:
- Saturday, February 24th at 7:00am
- Tuesdays at 6:00pm
- Saturdays at 7:00am

Want to learn more about our Sole of the City 10K training? Sign up for an informational session at your closest Charm City Run location. The info session will take place immediately before the first day of training. Registered or not, you are welcome to attend the first day and get a feel for the group, meet your coach and ask any questions!
