Run to Remember 5K Training Program (Timonium)
Time: Tuesdays @ 6:30pm, Saturdays @ 8:30am
Always wanted to run a 5K, but never thought you could? Now you can! This 6-week program is designed for beginner- and intermediate-level runners who want to complete a 5K and/or improve speed and endurance. Follow Coach Katye's advice, meet the group for training runs and adhere to the schedule and you'll be ready to run by race day.
