Yoga for AthletesIf you are a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or weekend warrior looking for a way to increase flexibility, prevent injury, and improve your athletic performance, yoga is your solution. Yoga provides an opportunity to open tight areas in the body, increase range of motion, develop core strength, and enhance focus. Yoga is a great cross training tool for all sports and will complement the work you do in training. Everyone is welcome, regardless of sport, level of fitness, or yoga experience.
