Fall 2010 Training (Bel Air) 07/10/2010 - 10/16/2010 Time: Tuesdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 7:30am It's not too late to join this group. Call 410-838-3243 to join! Get serious about your running and fitness this summer and train to complete or compete in a marathon, half marathon, or middle distance event this fall! This program is open to the runner attempting their first endurance event to the repeat competitive runner. Training can be individualized to your experience and goals. The target race for this training program is the Baltimore Half Marathon on Saturday, October 16th, 2010 in Baltimore, MD. However, participants can choose to do other races such as the Freedom's Run Half Marathon on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 in Harper's Ferry, WV. Educational sessions will include nutrition, injury prevention and treatment as well as race strategy and preparation. We will give you all the information necessary to improve your running! The group meets twice a week:
We request that you are comfortable running a minimum of 15 miles a week and/or 5 miles at a time by July 10th.
Fee: $125, $15 off for repeat participants. Fee DOES NOT include actual race registration fee. What you get:
